Last week Beeper was acquired by Automattic in a deal valued at $125 million. We don’t know what this means for its FCC petition, but going from $0 to $125 million in three years is an impressive feat by any yardstick. As far as adversarial interoperability plays go, this is a great outcome for the co-founders. Congratulations!
